Alexa has hired a personal trainer to help her get the results she has always wanted. She can't seem to achieve the results she has been working so hard for but Sunshine has a unique approach to fitness. Her method will work Alexa's core, something Sunshine insists that Alexa is not training properly. Alexa is skeptical of course but Sunshine does come very highly recommended.
